The window

What qualifies
You used it and it did not work for you. You watched the modules for your hair type, you cut with them, and your cut was no better than what you were paying a barber for. Same on the other two: you ran the system and nothing moved. That is what this is for, and that request gets paid without an argument.
How to request one
Email the support inbox from the email address you bought with. Say you want a refund and say what you actually did with it — which modules you watched, what you cut or posted, what happened. Two sentences is plenty. There is no form, no phone call and no retention offer, and I am not going to argue you out of it.
How long it takes
The refund is issued within one business day of your email. Your bank then takes its own time to post it, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Where the money goes
Back to the original payment method. That is the only place it can go.
What you keep
The bonuses — the checklist and the maintenance guide — are yours either way. Access to the video modules ends when the refund is issued.
Your rights on top of this
If you are buying from inside the EU, consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, and nothing written on this page takes that away from you. Where that right applies it sits on top of the guarantee above, not underneath it. If the two ever disagree, the law wins and you should just email me.
